Do the job safely

DIY work carries risk. Electric fences, fencing tools, wire under tension, animals and dams can all cause injury. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for any product, use the right protective gear and get a licensed professional where the law or the job requires one. Do not handle injured wildlife, and do not touch flying-foxes.
